2024 Patagonia nano puff vs micro puff - IMO the Patagonia Ultralight Down Hoody isn't that great of a down shell for backpacking (assuming that is the jackets primary use). Look at Mont-Bell's jackets (the Superior, the Plasma, and EX). If you want down, I'd check out a different brand than Patagonia. The Patagonia Micro Puff seems to be pretty competitive in the synthetic jacket market.
